Niggly Knee Running Club is a running news and blog website, providing information regarding equipment, trail running routes and local running stories.
Samuel Wood, our head runner is an avid ultra and trail runner. He has been running for around 6 years, completing a mixture of races and distances, often racing alongside his wife (who blinds him with her dust). A notable race Samuel completed was the 2025 edition of the Arc of Attrition 100 mile. A gruelling but rewarding race along the South West Coast Path in Cornwall.
